Initial Consultation - $25 Fee

To begin, schedule your upgrade consultation with us. The $25 fee ensures a dedicated time slot where we will assess your current system and discuss your upgrade needs. This fee will be credited toward the total cost of parts and labor if you decide to proceed with the upgrade.

During the meeting, we will:
Evaluate Your Current System: Assess the existing hardware and software to identify performance bottlenecks or areas for improvement.
Understand Your Needs: Discuss what specific improvements you’re looking for, such as faster performance, increased storage, or enhanced graphics.
Set Budget Expectations: Determine your budget for the upgrade, including parts and any additional services.
1.3. Upgrade Recommendations:
Based on the assessment, we’ll provide recommendations for upgrades. This could include:
Storage Upgrades: Adding or replacing SSDs or HDDs.
Memory Enhancements: Upgrading RAM to boost performance.
Graphics Enhancements: Installing a new graphics card for better visual performance.
Other Enhancements: Improving cooling solutions or power supplies if necessary.
1.4. Quotation and Approval:
We’ll provide a detailed quotation that outlines the cost of each recommended upgrade and the associated labor. The $25 consultation fee will be applied to the total cost if you choose to proceed.
2. Finalizing the Upgrade

Once you approve the recommended upgrades, we’ll source the necessary components. We’ll confirm the availability and pricing of all parts to ensure they meet your specifications.
2.2. Scheduling the Upgrade:
We’ll arrange a convenient time for you to bring in your system or schedule a service appointment if we’re providing on-site support.
3. Upgrade Execution
3.1. Installation:

3.2. Configuration & Testing:

5. Payment & Documentation
5.1. Final Payment:
The remaining balance, covering the cost of parts and labor (minus the $25 consultation fee), will be due upon completion of the upgrade.
